Seeka completes acquisition of Kerifruit Farm Orchard
Seeka Limited [NZX:SEK] advises that it has today completed the acquisition of
Kerifruit Farm Orchard, being one of the three remaining orchards to be
acquired from Turners and Growers Horticulture Limited under the T&G
Northland acquisition announced on 20 April 2018.
T&G is progressing the process for the subdivision of the two remaining
orchards (Whites Orchard and Kapiro Orchard). The transaction agreement
provides that Seeka will purchase each remaining orchard as the subdivision
for the relevant orchard has been completed – Seeka is leasing these orchards
from Turners and Growers Horticulture Limited in the interim period.
