By accessing and using PublicData NZ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

PublicData NZ is operated as a public interest transparency platform providing access to publicly available information about New Zealand's public sector.

PublicData NZ aggregates and presents publicly available information from official government sources, including:

Corrections & Feedback

If you believe any information on the Platform is inaccurate, please contact us. We will review and correct verified errors.

For corrections to source data (e.g., official remuneration disclosures), please contact the relevant government agency directly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, PublicData NZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law
