Amendments to Bond Trust Deeds
22 May 2019 – Mercury NZ Limited has amended the following trust deeds in relation to its bonds:
•
the master trust deed dated 4 April 2003 (as amended, “Master Trust Deed”) under which it may issue bonds from time
to time; and
•
the supplemental trust deed (capital bonds) dated 6 June 2014 (“Supplemental Trust Deed”) in relation to the capital
bonds with the NZX ticker code MCY010.
The amendments have been made to reflect recent amendments to New Zealand’s withholding tax regime, to reflect changes to
the NZX Listing Rules, and to update certain legislative and other references.
