Vista Group signs Agreement with Pathé Theatres in the Netherlands

Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX:VGL) has today announced the signing of an
Enterprise Agreement with Pathé Theatres in the Netherlands.
The Agreement is an extension of Vista Group’s enterprise agreement with Les Cinémas
Pathé Gaumont (Pathé), the parent company of Pathé Theatres, after installing the Vista
Cinema system at Pathé’s circuits in France, Belgium and Switzerland.
Pathé Theatres is the largest cinema circuit in the Netherlands operating 31 Cinemas
including the historic Tuschinski Theatre in Amsterdam. The deployment in the Netherlands
will include most of the modules of the Vista Cinema suite in a Cloud environment fully
managed by Vista Cinema and is due to complete in early 2021.
