Napier Port FY2020 Annual Meeting and Director Nominations
Napier Port Holdings Limited (NZX.NPH) advises that the company's 2020 Annual Shareholders
Meeting will be held at 10.30am on Friday 18 December at the Napier Conference Centre, 48 Marine
Parade, Napier.
In light of current public health and safety concerns, the annual meeting will be conducted as a hybrid
meeting. Shareholders who are not physically present will be able to participate virtually through an
online portal. Registration details will be made available at a later date.
Napier Port Holdings Limited also advises the closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors
to be considered for election at the annual meeting is Friday 6 November 2020. Nominations must be
addressed to Kristen Lie, Napier Port Chief Financial Officer and be received by 5:00pm on the closing
date at Napier Port’s registered office:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and must be
accompanied by the consent, in writing, of the person nominated.
