New Appointments to MOVE Leadership Team

NEW APPOINTMENTS TO MOVE LEADERSHIP TEAM
Transport and logistics group, MOVE Logistics Limited (NZX: MOV), wishes to advise the market of
the following executive appointments:
James Watters will join MOVE on 1 November 2021 as Chief Operating Officer of the newly-created
Contract Logistics division, which is focused on long term, contracted customer partnerships. James
was formerly Country Manager of Linfox Logistics (NZ) and has an extensive background in supply
chain and IT solutions.
Chris Knuth will join MOVE on 1 December 2021 as Chief Operating Officer of the Freight
division. Chris has a significant resume working in both NZ and Australia in freight forwarding
management, starting with Mainfreight for over two decades before joining Toll NZ and, more
recently, Followmont Transport QLD.
James and Chris are welcome additions to the client-facing solutions that MOVE is now well
advanced in developing.
Executive Director Chris Dunphy commented: "The arrival of James and Chris to the business
complements the significant ground-work already undertaken by the MOVE team. James will bring a
number of key disciplines to both the Fuels and Warehousing offerings, while Chris brings a laser-
focus on our under-performing hub & spoke freight network. We are fortunate to have a number of
key executives who share Chris and James' collaborative approach to solving problems".

The 2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on Tuesday 23 November 2021 in Auckland,
when further detail will be provided on the strategic plan for the Company.
