Change in Director Appointed by Bright Dairy
Bright Dairy Holding Limited has appointed Min Chen (Joyce) to represent the company on the Synlait
Milk Limited Board, replacing Min Ben.

Min joined Bright Dairy in 2007 as Senior Finance Manager, responsible for budget planning, data
analysis and business evaluation. Since 2016, Min has been Chief Internal Auditor of Bright Dairy,
reporting to the company’s Audit Committee Chair and Board of Directors.

Bright Dairy Holding Limited has a 39.0% shareholding in Synlait and has four Board seats.

The appointment is effective from 1 December.
