NZ Rural Land Management Distribution
In its presentation to the 2021 Annual Meeting Allied Farmers Limited (NZX: ALF)
advised that NZ Rural Land Management Limited Partnership (NZRLM) has received
a ~$758,000 transaction fee from New Zealand Rural Land Company (NZX:NZL)
upon completion of its recently announced transaction on 10 November 2021, and is
now cashflow positive on a monthly basis based on management fees.
Allied Farmers is pleased to advise that NZRLM has now resolved to pay a cash
distribution to its partners of $800,000, of which $400,000 (50 percent) is payable to
Allied Farmers.
