In March 2019, a participant was granted the
options to acquire the 200,000 ordinary shares
at an agreed price of $1.71, based on the
Board’s assessment of the fair value of the
company at the time. The shares were held by
the Third Age Health Services Limited
Employee Share Purchase Plan Trust (“Trust")
on behalf of the participant and (as disclosed
in the Listing Profile dated 11 February 2021)
were not issued on to the NZX.

The shares were being purchased by
instalment and have now been fully paid.
Accordingly, the Trustees of the Trust have
authorised the shares to be transferred to the
