CHANGE OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR

Kathmandu Holdings Limited (NZX / ASX: KMD) recently completed a formal request for proposal process
for external audit services.
As a result of that process, Kathmandu Holdings announces that it has, with effect from today, accepted
the resignation of PwC and appointed KPMG as its external auditor for the financial year ending 31 July
2022.

The Board and Management take this opportunity to thank PwC for its services and support during its
tenure as statutory auditor.
