ANNOUNCEMENT OF INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTENDANCE AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
As previously announced, the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Limited (HGHL or
the Company) will be held at Rydges Latimer, 30 Latimer Square, Christchurch, and online at
https://meetnow.global/nz on Tuesday 21 December 2021 at 10:00 am.
For those shareholders wishing to attend the meeting in person, all guests must be able to provide proof that
they are fully vaccinated with a My Vaccine Pass QR code and must scan/sign into the venue. Under the Orange
setting of the COVID‐19 protection framework, face masks are not
required by guests but are recommended.
