Resignation and appointment of Directors
Southern Charter Financial Group Limited (NZX: SNC) advises that Joseph van Wijk has
resigned as an independent director of Southern Charter Financial Group. His resignation is
effective today. The Board thanks him for his services and wish him the best for the future.
SNC advises that Bruce William Dunlop has been appointed as an independent director.
Mr Dunlop has been involved in the plastics industry for over 40 years, including being
appointed as Executive Director of the Plastics Institute of New Zealand (now Plastics New
Zealand) from 1979 to 1986.
Since 1989, Mr Dunlop has worked for Plastics New Zealand in the management of key
international trade issues affecting both the industry and individual member companies.
Mr Dunlop has a broad knowledge of a range of manufacturing industries, in particular the
plastics sector, managing international trade issues and working with government.
SNC continues to investigate potential reverse listing transactions. These Board changes
are considered to better align the skillset of the Board with potential transaction opportunities
under investigation.
