SUMMERSET WELCOMES STEPHEN BULL TO BOARD
Summerset Group Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of
Stephen Bull to the Board of Directors.
Mr Bull, who is based in Australia, is currently a Director of Bridge Housing and sits on the
Investment Committees for the MaxCap Industrial Opportunities Fund and the Wingate Direct
Property business. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Moits Group.
Mr Bull has over 25 years’ experience in real estate, community creation and finance roles. The
last five years of his executive career were as Group Executive and CEO of Stockland’s
retirement village business where he was responsible for delivering substantial property
developments and asset builds.
Summerset Chair, Mark Verbiest, welcomed Stephen to the Board saying he brings a wealth of
experience.
“Stephen’s depth of Australian retirement sector experience means he will bring rich insights into
Summerset’s business. We look forward to him joining us.”
Stephen has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered
Accountant. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
Stephen joins the Board as a non-executive independent director on 1 March 2022.
