Appointment & resignation of Company Secretary
Vulcan (ASX: VSL, NZX: VSL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah-Jane
Lawson replacing Kar Yue Yeo as Company Secretary, effective today.
Prior to joining Vulcan, Sarah-Jane was special counsel in corporate and commercial
law at Hudson Gavin Martin. Sarah-Jane will be responsible for communications with
the ASX under listing Rule 12.6 and NZX.
