UPDATE ON NZ COMMERCE COMMISSION APPLICATION

thl advises that it has received and agreed to a request to extend the statutory timeframe for
the New Zealand Commerce Commission’s decision on thl’s clearance application in respect of
the proposed merger with Apollo Tourism & Leisure Limited, to 14 April 2022.

thl continues to work closely with the competition regulators in New Zealand and Australia on
the respective clearance applications and will provide further updates on the process in due
course.
