UPDATE ON NZ COMMERCE COMMISSION APPLICATION

thl advises that it has received and agreed to a request to extend the statutory timeframe for
the New Zealand Commerce Commission’s decision on thl’s clearance application in respect of
the proposed merger with Apollo Tourism & Leisure Limited from 14 April 2022 to 28 April
2022, which now aligns with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission provisional
announcement date.
