ANNUAL MEETING OUTCOMES

Property for Industry Limited (PFI, the Company) today held its annual meeting of shareholders at Eden

Park, Auckland, with some shareholders attending virtually.


Shareholders passed both resolutions, details of the total number of votes cast are as follows:
