Will Easton to stand down from The Warehouse Group Board of Directors
The Warehouse Group Limited (“Group”) has today announced that director Will Easton has resigned
from the Board, effective 27 May, to focus on other work commitments.
Chair, Joan Withers, thanked Will for his significant contribution to the Group through a period of
internal transformation and technological development.
“Since joining in 2018, Will has been a hugely valuable member on the Board and I want to thank him
for his extensive commercial and governance contribution during his tenure. We wish him all the very
best”.
Will Easton said “I am extremely grateful and proud to have had the opportunity to be part of such a
forward thinking organisation that truly puts the New Zealand community first. Over the last 3.5 years
as a board member, it’s been incredibly impressive to see The Warehouse Group transform into one
of the world’s leading multi-channel retailers with agile at the core of the organisation. I am really
looking forward to following the business’ continued success, built on the back of an incredibly
talented team, an exciting set of strategic investments and the relentless focus on ensuring Kiwis live
better every day.”
The Board Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee considers board succession on an
ongoing basis and will be assessing the mix of director skills and experience required to support
delivery of the Group’s strategic objectives.
