Wellington Drive Technologies – results of voting

Wellington Drive Technologies Limited (Wellington) held its 2022 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting at 2.30pm
on 25 May 2022. All resolutions considered by shareholders at the meeting were passed. Details of the
number of votes cast, by poll, for each resolution were as follows:

Resolution 1 - That John Scott be re-elected as a director of the Company
