Rakon Limited (RAK) Director Nominations Closing Date

Rakon Limited plans to hold its 2022 Annual Meeting of shareholders on 11 August 2022. The time
of the meeting and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting
which will be sent to all shareholders in due course.

In accordance with Listing Rule 2.3.2, Rakon Limited advises that the closing date for director
nominations is Monday 27 June 2022 and nominations must be received by 5.00pm (New Zealand
Time) on that date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.

Any nominations should be addressed to the Company Secretary, Rakon Limited, Private Bag 99943,
Newmarket, Auckland 1149, New Zealand.
