Rua Bioscience Limited (NZX: RUA) advises the closing date for Director nominations is 5:00pm
NZST on Tuesday 6 September 2022.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and
be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.

Waikanae Surf Club, Grey St, Gisborne and supported by a virtual meeting platform.

Further details for participation and voting online will be included in the formal Notice of Annual
Shareholders’ Meeting which will be released prior to the meeting.
