Dividend Reinvestment Plan – Shareholder Letters and Participation Deadline


EBOS Group Limited (EBOS) advises that the attached letters regarding the Dividend Reinvestment
Plan (DRP) have today been sent to shareholders.
In addition, EBOS wishes to clarify that the last date to submit a participation notice for this dividend
in accordance with DRP plan rules (or cancellation notice where a shareholder has previously elected
to participate in the DRP) is 5pm (New Zealand time) (3pm Australian Eastern Standard time), 12
September 2022.

EBOS Group Limited – your participation in the DRP
On 24 August 2022, EBOS Group Limited (EBOS) announced that the dividend reinvestment plan
(DRP) will apply in respect of the final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2022. Shareholders can
elect to take shares in lieu of a dividend at a discount of 2.5% to the volume weighted average
price (VWAP). Full details of the Plan are set out in the Offer Document dated 26 August 2014
which can be found on our website at www.ebosgroup.com.
The DRP provides EBOS shareholders with the opportunity to reinvest all or part of their dividends
in additional EBOS Group Limited shares, free of brokerage and other transaction costs.

You are currently a participant in the DRP. If you no longer wish to participate in the DRP in
respect of the upcoming dividend payable on 30 September 2022 you can change your
participation by:

- visiting www.investorcentre.com/nz and updating your reinvestment options in the "My
Profile" page before 5.00pm (New Zealand time) 12 September 2022; or

- contacting Computershare Investor Services Limited on +64 9 488 8777 to request a DRP
cancellation form. Your completed cancellation form needs to be returned by mail to
Computershare Investor Services Limited, Private Bag 92119, Auckland 1142, New Zealand or
by email to drp@computershare.co.nz so that it is received by no later than 5.00pm (New
Zealand time) 12 September 2022.
