Director Nominations Closing Date
Scott Technology Limited (NZX: SCT) advises that its Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held on
Wednesday, 23 November 2022. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Scott advises that the
closing date for director nominations is 5:00pm on 3 October 2022 (Closing Date).
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.

address prior to the Closing Date:
