Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait) will hold its Annual Meeting on Friday 2 December 2022. Further details
will be advised in the Notice of Annual Meeting.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Synlait advises that the closing date for Director
nominations is 5.00pm on Wednesday 5 October 2022. Nominations may only be made by a
