Matamata Country Lodge Transaction Unconditional
Further to its announcement made on 31 August 2022, Radius Care (NZX: RAD)
confirms that its acquisition of the business and assets of Matamata Country
Lodge is now unconditional.
Radius Care’s Executive Chair Brien Cree and CEO, Andrew Peskett, say: “The
acquisition of the delightful Matamata Country Lodge as our 24

care home and
fourth retirement village demonstrates our continued focus on pursuing value-
enhancing growth opportunities in line with our strategy. This is particularly the
case given the significant development potential and retirement village units,
together with the committed and well-led staff, at the Matamata Country Lodge.
The team at Radius Care are excited to welcome Matamata Country Lodge
residents and staff into the Radius family.”
Settlement is anticipated to take place on 28 September 2022.
