ANNOUNCEMENT BY NEW TALISMAN GOLD MINES LIMITED
(ASX, NZX: NTL)
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE



CLAIM RESOLVED


Further to our announcement of 23 March 2022, New Talisman Gold Mines Limited (NTL) advises that
an agreement has been reached with Mr Hill in full and final settlement of the matter.
The parties have agreed to make the following joint statement:
“New Talisman Gold Mines Limited(NTL) and Matthew Hill advise that mediation has led them to fully
resolving all issues between them.”
The Board of NTL are pleased to have this matter settled as the Company can now fully focus its
resources on re-establishing the mine.

Background Notes
M Hills original claim asserted an entitlement to various employment related entitlements and
compensation, provisionally quantified at $817,537. In full and final settlement of the matter NTL will
pay to Asia Pacific Capital a total sum of $145,000 (plus gst if any).
