Results of Freightways Limited’s 2022 Annual Shareholders Meeting
At the Freightways Limited Annual Shareholders Meeting held in the World Cup Lounge, Eden
Park, Reimers Avenue, Kingsland, Auckland on 27 October 2022, shareholders were asked to
vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
1. That David Gibson be elected as a Director of Freightways.
2. That the Directors are authorised to fix the Auditors’ remuneration.
