Results of Sanford Limited 2022 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
At Sanford Limited’s 2022 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, held in Auckland and via a virtual
meeting on Thursday 15 December 2022, shareholders were asked to vote on two
resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That David Mair be elected as a director
• To authorise the Directors to fix the fees and expenses of the Auditor for the ensuing
year
