Further to the announcement released by Ryman Healthcare Limited (“RYM”), NZ RegCo
advises that at the request of the issuer it has placed a trading halt on RYM ordinary shares and
RYM010 bonds. The trading halt was put in place pre-market open this morning.
RYM ordinary shares and RYM010 bonds will remain in halt until the earlier of:
• An announcement by the issuer stating the outcome of the institutional shortfall
bookbuild; or
• Market open on the NZX on Monday, 20 February 2023
