Extension of condition date – Acquisition of the assets and business of Central
Suction Cleaners Limited

By way of update to its announcement of 7 February 2023, WasteCo advises that its
due diligence for the proposed acquisition of the business and assets of Central
Suction Cleaners Limited (CSC), based in Nelson, is progressing well.

The parties have agreed a short extension for satisfaction of the various conditions
under the CSC agreement until next Monday, 27 February 2023.
