Further to the recent announcements by Ryman Healthcare Limited (“RYM”), NZ RegCo
advises that at the request of the issuer it has placed a trading halt on RYM ordinary shares and
RYM010 bonds. The trading halt was put in place after market close today to enable RYM to
undertake a shortfall retail bookbuild of ordinary shares attributable to unexercised retail
entitlements.
RYM securities will remain in halt until the earlier of:
• An announcement by the issuer stating the outcome of the shortfall retail bookbuild; or
• Market open on the NZX on Friday, 10 March 2023
