FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

NTL SHORTFALL


New Talisman Gold Mines Limited is pleased to announce the following avenues for
applications for shortfall or to acquire the ineligible investor rights from the Company's recently
concluded Rights Offer.
Shortfall shares will be issued at NZD 1.8 cents (.018) or AUD 1.7 (.017) with the total Shortfall
pool capped at NZD $1,700,000. The minimum parcel for a shortfall application is NZD $1,500.
We note that NTL Directors are not eligible to apply for shortfall under the ASX Listing Rules.
Applications and deposit of funds must be received by 20th April 2023.
