Results of Seeka Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting

At
Seeka Limited’s shareholder meeting, held in Paengaroa and online on 20
th
April 2023, shareholders
were asked to vote on 3 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• To re-elect Cecilia Tarrant as a Director.
• To elect Hayden Cartwright, who was appointed as a Director by the Board during the year, as a
Director.
• To record the re-appointment of PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) as auditor of the Company, and
to authorise the Directors to fix the remuneration and expenses of the auditor for the coming
year.
