Resignation of non-executive director Eileen Healy

ikeGPS Group Limited (“IKE” or the “Company”) (NZX: IKE / ASX: IKE) announces the resignation
of non-executive director, Eileen Healy, effective 2 May 2023.
IKE Chair, Alex Knowles, commented “We wish to thank Eileen for her work on the IKE Board and
wish her well. More generally our business continues to grow very strongly and we expect to build
and develop the Board appropriately through the upcoming year.”
