DOWNER AWARDED THREE-YEAR DEFENCE CONTRACT EXTENSION

Downer EDI Limited (Downer) today announced an extension to its Defence Major Services Provider (MSP)
contract by the Capability, Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) to continue to support the
Department of Def ence.

The contract extension is for an additional three-year term, with CASG holding the option to extend the term
by a f urther three years.

Team Downer MSP was awarded the f irst-ever Integrated Work Partnership (IWP) under the MSP
arrangement in 2018, and has been working collaboratively with CASG to provide a range of services that
signif icantly expands the capability and capacity of the Department of Def ence’s workf orce.

Since 2018, Downer has supported a number of important capability programs for Defence, including: Land
command, control, communication and computer systems; joint command and control systems; Navy and
Army aviation acquisition and sustainment programs; Anzac class f rigate sustainment and capability
upgrades; Hobart class destroyer sustainment; and Navy Hydrographic ships. In addition, Downer also
provides critical f unctional support f or CASG in procurement, logistics and disposal services.
