Incident at 1 Queen Street
Earlier this morning an armed offender incident took place at 1 Queen Street, a
development site owned by Precinct Properties Group (Precinct) (NZX: PCT).
NZ Police have evacuated the site and remain on site.
Our deepest condolences are with the families of the victims of this morning’s tragic incident
and we appreciate the efforts of the Emergency Services.

(“PPIL”) and these shares can only be dealt with together. The stapled issuers are described as
“Precinct Properties NZ Ltd & Precinct Properties Investments Ltd (NS)” on NZX systems and the
ticker code for the stapled shares remains PCT.
