Annual MeeƟng and Director NominaƟons

2 Cheap Cars Group Limited (2CC) announces that its Annual Shareholders’ MeeƟng will be held on
28 September 2023. Full details relaƟng to the meeƟng, including the Ɵme and venue, will be
advised in the NoƟce of MeeƟng, which will be distributed in due course.


For the purposes of NZX lisƟng rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominaƟons is 25 August
2023. All nominaƟons must be received by 5 pm on that closing date. A nominaƟon may only be
made by a shareholder enƟtled to aƩend and vote at the meeƟng and must be accompanied by the
wriƩen consent of the person being nominated.
