NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the Westpac Banking Corporation (“WBC”), it has
placed a trading halt on WBC ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at premarket open
today, Monday 06 November 2023.
The trading halt has been put in place pending the release of WBC’s 2023 Full Year Financial
Results.
The trading halt will remain in place until the release of WBC 2023 Annual Results or market
open on Tuesday 07 November 2023.
