NZ RegCo advises that it has placed a trading halt on Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited Notes
(“CHI010”) at the request of the company. The halt was placed at pre-market open this morning.
The trading halt will facilitate the exchange mechanism for the (“CHI010”) noteholders for the
(“CHI030”) bonds. Trading in CHI010 will recommence on market open on Wednesday, 15
November 2023.
