Director Resignation

The Board of Sanford Limited (Sanford) (NZX: SAN) is announcing the resignation of Abby Foote as a
member of the Board of Directors, with immediate effect.

Abby joined the Sanford Board in 2018 and is the Chair of the People, Health and Safety Committee,
a member of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee, and a member of the Nominations Committee.

The Board acknowledges and thanks Abby for her valuable contribution as a member of the Board,
and more latterly for her leadership of the People, Health and Safety Committee.
