The Directors have agreed that the Company will pay an interim dividend of 2.00
pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the six-month period to 30 September 2023.
The dividend will be payable on 26 January 2024 to shareholders on the register at
close of business on 15 December 2023. The ex-dividend date is 14 December 2023.

A Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") is provided by Equiniti Financial Services
Limited. The DRIP enables the Company's shareholders to elect to have their cash
dividend payments used to purchase the Company's shares. More information can
