Precinct FY24 Interim Results and Webcast Details

Precinct Properties Group (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) confirms today that its Interim financial results

for the six months ended 31 December 2023 will be released to the market on Thursday 22

February 2024. A live webcast of the results presentation is scheduled to be held at 10am NZ

with together. The stapled issuers are described as “Precinct Properties NZ Ltd & Precinct Properties Investments Ltd

(NS)” on NZX systems and the ticker code for the stapled shares remains PCT.
