Annual Meeting Results
At Gentrack Group Limited’s shareholder meeting, held online today, shareholders
were asked to vote on 4 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
1. That Andy Green be re-elected as a director of Gentrack Group Limited.
2. That Gary Miles be re-elected as a director of Gentrack Group Limited.
3. That Stewart Sherriff be re-elected as a director of Gentrack Group Limited.
4. That the directors are authorised to fix the remuneration of Ernst & Young as auditor
of Gentrack Group Limited for the ensuing year.
