Chief Executive Officer Share Sale
Ventia Services Group (ASX:VNT) advises that CEO and Managing Director Dean Banks has
sold 1,500,000 shares in the company on market. An Appendix 3Y for the share sale has
been lodged separately.

The share sale is connected to the extension of Dean’s visa through to 2028 and the
purchase of a property.

Dean Banks remains committed to the strategy of Redefining Service Excellence and
delivering growth and sustainable returns for Ventia shareholders.
