Holdings were issued 134,646 shares for $619,372 pursuant to Turners Automotive
Group’s DRP dated May 2023 for the third quarter dividend for the year ended 31 March
2024.
As legal owner of the shares, Mr Alistair Petrie, has previously disclosed through director
and senior manager disclosure notices the issue of shares to Bartel Holdings of 137,765
shares on 26 January 2024 for $611,676, 147,541 shares on 27 October 2023 for
$603,442 and 195,281 shares for $391,297 on 28 July 2023. On 16 June 2023, Bartel
Holdings, through an off market acquisition, purchased 470,000 shares for $1,630,900.
