Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it agreed on 15 July 2024 to allot 180,000 ordinary shares at
241.50p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary
share as at the close of business on 12 July 2024 was 234.6p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 17 July 2024, bringing the issued share capital and total
voting rights at that date to 163,437,179.
