The Company announces that it agreed on 29 July 2024 to allot 115,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 226.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 31 July 2024, bringing the issued share capital and total
voting rights at that date to 164,112,179.
