Redemption of all outstanding Westpac Capital Notes 6

Westpac Banking Corporation (Westpac) today redeemed all 6,208,127 Westpac Capital
Notes 6 (WCN 6) that remained on issue (ASX code: WBCPI) in accordance with the
redemption notice issued to WCN 6 holders on 18 June 2024.
As a result, there are no WCN 6 on issue.
Holders have been paid $100 for each WCN 6 held on 31 July 2024. In addition, holders
have been paid the final WCN 6 distribution (Distribution) of $0.6661, fully franked, for each
WCN 6 held on the record date of 23 July 2024. The Distribution covers the period from 19
June 2024 to 31 July 2024 (inclusive).
