The Company announces that it agreed on 8 August 2024 to allot 175,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 223.61p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 12 August 2024, bringing the issued share capital and
total voting rights at that date to 164,537,179.
