Westpac Banking Corporation – Suspension and Removal of
Notes (ASX Code: WBCHCW) from Official Quotation
Description
The A$1,000,000,000 Floating Rate Notes maturing 27 August 2029 (ASX Code: WBCHCW) (the ‘Notes’) of
Westpac Banking Corporation (‘WBC’) will be suspended at the close of trading today Wednesday, 28 August
2024, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following the redemption of the Notes on Tuesday, 27 August 2024.
The Notes will be removed from Official Quotation with effect from the close of trading on Thursday, 29 August
2024.

Please note that the suspension and subsequent removal applies only to the Notes (ASX Code: WBCHCW)
and does not apply to any other quoted securities of WBC.
